This page explains the contact form on the APY Systems website.

What you provide

The form asks for your name, email address, optional business name and message. Please do not include passwords, account credentials or sensitive customer information.

Where your message goes

Your enquiry is submitted through the website's hosting server and sent to APY Systems at apysystems.au@gmail.com so Aaron can respond. Hostinger provides the website hosting and Gmail is used for the enquiry inbox.

Website operation

This website does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts. The hosting provider may process standard connection information, such as your IP address and request logs. The form uses a temporary hash of your IP address and a timestamp to limit repeated submissions.
